Yacon syrup

This root grows on the north coast of Peru at 2200 masl, in dusty terrain which give the best conditions for his growth.


Syrup obtained from the concentration of yacon roots. It helps to decrease the triglyceride level, contributes to the production of folic acid and improves the absorption of calcium. You can also use it as a natural sweetener to replace refined sugar as it is a low glycemic index.
