It grows in
loose, deep soils and with organic matter from tropical and temperate climates
up to 2,500 MASL.
The process of
this product begins with the reception of the sweet potato, to go through a
process of washing, classifying, peeling, cutting and drying. It continues with
the grinding and sieving of the product, to then be packed and stored.
