Cultivated in the Collao plateau, this grain is produced in an altitude between the 3500 and 4200 MASL.
The grains have been subjected to operations of selection, classification and elimination of contrasting grains, through cleaning, scarifying and drying, resulting in a selected and clean product, free of colored grains, impurities, stones, metallic remains and foreign matter.
